1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Premium Design Company's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Premium Design Company provides:
- UI/UX Design services
- Web Development
- Portfolio Development/Design
- MVP Development
- Branding services
- No-code Development (Webflow, Framer)
All services are subject to project-specific agreements and scope definitions.
3. Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You retain all rights to materials you provide for projects.
Our Work: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final delivered work. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
Third-party Content: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party content used in projects.
4. Payments and Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
- Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals
- Late payments may incur added charges
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Additional work outside scope may incur extra charges
5. Project Process
Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Approval: Client approval is required at each major milestone before proceeding to next phase.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Work completed to date will be billed.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for undelivered work.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
7. Limitations of Liability
Premium Design Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
